Custom Rod Guide

I’ve been shooting for 40 years and just learned about PMA through a YouTube video by Bolt Action Reloading. We’ve just built two rifles (for my wife and daughter) on the Sig Cross platform. The Cross has a weird barrel extension/3-lug chamber and none of my bore guides work well with it. I called PMA and talked about my issues and ordered the PMA custom guide. It was a perfect fit on the first attempt, and works so well I will be ordering PMA guides for every rifle I have. I own a machine shop and am very particular; the PMA guide and rod insert were perfectly made. Highly recommend, and of course, will buy again!!

This was the hot set-up for sure. Needed a little extra OAL to accommodate a chassis type prone rifle.

Very glad for custom guides for non common guns

Ordered a short version so I can use shorter and stiffer cleaning rods. Should be safest option for chamber throat.
